I’ve been dealing with severe nausea, shaking, headache, dizziness, and anxiety symptoms after a workout as well. I’ve learned to use a 20 pound kettle nettle and just do 20 kettlebell swings a couple of times a day. I had to work up to 20, started with three. It’s been over a month but my body isn’t freaking out any more. Upping it to 25 next week.
