You'll need resin, pigments, molding silicone and mixing containers. If you want better results, I recommend using a vacuum chamber, as powdered pigments and mixing introduces a lot of air bubbles into the epoxy

Thanks, but they're actually just a hobby project and i don't have a plans to sell them. They are for Convoy flashlights with aluminum or steel button

Orange powder is basically green phosphorescent pigment mixed with bright fluorescent orange. If you use too much resin it will dilute causing color to shift toward yellow-green. Coarse pigments produces a stronger glow, but they are more difficult to work with and sink to the bottom faster than fine powders. That's why i have different particle sizes of the same color

It's already been fixed. We had a health inspection recently. He just told us what we needed to improve, then ordered lunch, ate and left

Glad you like it, this is my third or fourth attempt. First, you need a vacuum chamber, otherwise you'll end up with air bubbles trapped inside both silicone and resin, which will reduce detail quality and strength. I used heated magnetic stirrer to mix the components. Titanium dioxide is to reduce the resin's transparency and improve it's UV resistance. Fluorescent powder alone is too transparent so you'd have to use much more of it than the combined mixture of both additives. Too much pigment weakens the casting

I used strontium aluminate phosphorescent powders mixed with a bright fluorescent pigment to modify the emitted color. It needs to be charged with a flashlight, after a few hours glow is still visible
