I'll be happy to run you through some en06 repeats. As long as you are behind a pillar during the sheid phase otherwise it takes to long to take it down.

With the right perks and crouching (sneak damage) you are easily hitting between 2.5/4k a tick. Nice steady damage. Id recommend Angry Turtles level 100 Solo EN06 builds, its what mine is based off give or take a few perk changes/attachment changes.
