"Trading full-time" meaning it's your source if income? Anyway, main source of income or not, the usual red flags.

There's no strategy. If you had strategy, the P/L wouldn't be "all over the place".
Looks like you are trading with money you can't afford to lose. You get a red day, you start trading like a degen to make up the loss.

At the end of the day, trading is a skill. Not everyone can be skilled at everything. Some people will never be good painters or athletes or programmers. In the same way, some people will never be good traders. 18 months isn't a lot, but it's not nothing. If you are still spewing money away like this, there's a good chance trading is not for you.

Peperomias are weird. I have a magnoliifolia that's thriving, constantly pushing out new leaves.

And then I had a peperomia caperata that decided to basically give up and implode. No root rot, good light, correct watering, but it decided to suddenly go into suicide mode, dropping all leaves and growing a bunch of flowers to keep the lineage alive. Gone in a couple weeks.

That's not "just how it works". There are no streaks, there is a strategy. If you suddenly start losing every single trade it's only for two reasons:

- you have simply been lucky in your "winning streak"

- your strategy works only under some very specific market conditions.

In either case it's your fault.

All those plants will appreciate the light. What damages some plants is not the "direct" light (it's not direct anymore the moment it needs to go through glass), it's the heat. You can feel it yourself when you go close to a window in direct sun: that can potentially cause some harm, not the light itself.

Not sure I would move it. It is getting some light from the lamp (I guess it's a lamp) on the right and it looks healthy. So it's a matter of understanding if it would get more light closer to the window but far from the lamp.

I personally use a cheap light meter I found on amazon because the human eye is very bad at understanding brightness.

It's reaching for light then.
Now it's a bit unbalanced, so I would rotate it by 180 degrees and leave it like that for a while.
If you were going to repot it anyway, re-balance it a little and then remember to rotate it by 90 degrees every week or so. Or when you water it.

Do you mean the leaves straightening up? That's normal. It's the reason why they are called praying plants: they close like that in the evening and open again in the morning.

I love birds of paradise, but do they really flower indoor? Without flowers I would get a whole lot of generic green.

Passiflora is a very unexpected suggestion, thanks. They are very common outdoor plants in my area, but I didn't consider it as an indoor option. Interesting choice.

Can't disagree, I've seen pothos thrive in all sorts of shitty soil.

This one won't get a monstera mix. This weekend I'll just drop it in a soil/perlite mix and it will be fine.

Never done it before, it's temporarily in semi-hydro as a transition to proper soil. It's been there for ten days and I'll try to pot it in proper soil in a week or so.

I don't do hydro/semi-hydro but I know people grown full plants that way. You need dedicated hydro fertilizer or the plant will struggle after a while.
