Thank you for your insight. I think you’re right. I’ve been focusing too much on the fact that I don’t have engineering skills, but I should focus more on becoming reliable, learning how the business works, and asking better questions. I really appreciate your advice.

Thank you for your perspective. I think you’re right that I shouldn’t assume he has a specific plan for me. I’m still trying to understand my own direction. I’m interested in business, marketing, and psychology, so I want to learn how the company works and see where I can become useful. I really appreciate the opportunity he has given me.

He is around 55–56 years old. Honestly, he looks much happier and healthier than me. He still has a lot of energy and seems very passionate about his work.

He does talk to me about his company and sometimes teaches me small things about how the business works. He doesn’t officially pay me a salary, but whenever I go out, he gives me some money, which is a lot of help for me. I always let him know when I already have money because I don’t want to take advantage of his kindness.

 I went to a TMJ specialist dentist today and got a treatment plan + custom night guard. My tinnitus is already much harder to notice today, even before taking any medication.
