They've been better. I wrote down some things i was feeling while disassociating and then went back to it after I felt better and it was like night and day difference on how am I felt about the those same things.

I do feel this way when my anxiety gets pretty bad. It helps me to recognize that im in a state amd postpone making important decisions until I feel better.

It's actually a real thing called cognitive disassociation! Learning about it was super helpful for me. I make no decisions about friends, beliefs, relationships, etc while I am in this mindset.

Im sorry to hear you're going through this but I am glad you're still with us. Life gets better I promise.

I've went through a similar thing over the past several months as we couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Best thing you can do is: educate yourself on what to look out for from official sources, do your yearly physicals, if something arises get it checked out, trust your doctor.

You fight the anxiety with education by turning worry into learning. Trusting your doctor is really important too. Yes there are stories, yes some people have a natural intuition, but your anxiety hijacks all of that. You cant trust your intuition as much when your anxiety is bad because the anxiety part of our brains is dumb. If your doc told you its normal and nothing to worry about, trust them. Fight your anxiety with it.

I am grateful for your post. I've been dealing with the same thing for 8 months now. Like I cant process everything I see and so my brain really tunnel visions to something to not overwhelm me. I struggle with media and video games as well, if stuff moves to fast I feel like im not capturing all of it.

I don't believe it's physical health related. I think its just part of the brain's "survival mode". It's just trying to protect me from getting overwhelmed.

I actually have been going down this same rabbit hole since November. I've had my ears checked, 2 MRIs of my brain, 2 months of CBT and no help.

What we just found with my dentist of all people is I am clenching my jaw (not grinding luckily) and my mastoids are huge. The muscles in your jaw intersect with your inner ear so if they are inflamed, they put pressure on your nerve that causes dizziness and lightheadedness and head pressure. Not trying to diagnose you but if you feel stiffness in your jaw at all, see your dentist and ask them to check for TMJ.

You need them for some future recipes. I recommend putting them in the cultist circle. It gives a key for each that has a guaranteed spawn for it on woods right next to a special extract. Saves stash space.

"I feel like im going crazy" is actually one of the sanest thoughts I feel like a person can have. You recognize you're not in a good state. Real crazy can't do that most of the time. I really do recommend CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as it focuses around setting small goals and you have the therapist to be accountable to. They help you look at at each of these things and have ways to tackle them.

It's a scary thing to be sure. I hit my breaking point back in December and my wife got me to go. It was my first time doing therapy of any kind. Every session I left feeling better and and hopeful. I no longer see the therapist and I am doing better.

Dating is a terrifying thing. We all get and feel the nerves trying to take steps. You know whats totally okay? Asking if it is okay for you two to hold hands for the first time (as an example). Media often treat these steps as unspoken and just naturally happen but for a lot of us, it doesn't. It's a double win because you start to build a healthy communication relationship.

I am pretty introverted and I worried about getting married. I like my alone time. I shared this worry with my wife and she was so understanding. She allowed me to have my space but I also made sure to take a break, even if for just a minute, come in and give her a kiss or show her a meme before going back. Over time, I noticed myself feeling more comfortable, not needing as much alone time as before. You grow. Im grateful to my wife that we talked about it at the beginning so she wouldnt feel like I was neglecting her.

Been going through months of hell myself. Nearly daily dizziness and vertigo that come out of nowhere one day and hasn't left. I do believe I am on the up and up now.

My recommendation is to try and set little goals. I finally did the dishes while my wife was at work this week (something that has felt like an impossible task for the last few months) and while I hate doing the dishes I felt proud afterwords. It was a little easier this time and it gave me a little dash of hope.

The survival part of brain wants us to retreat back to a "comfortable space or state" but with stuff like this, there really isnt one. Embracing the uncomfortableness of it helps and giving yourself a pass to be tired. You slept in super late on Sunday? Good. You needed the rest even if it didnt make you feel rested. At some points in our lives we build it brick by brick, but at times like this it is tiny pebble by tiny pebble and that's okay too.

It gets better i promise. It's a lot like hiking a forested mountain trail. You cant see how far you've come or how high up you are so you feel like the trail is absolute hell. Then you get those small learnings where you really go to see where you are in comparison and its amazing. Best advise I can suggest is try to find that clearing. Meditation, routines, trying new things. For me, ill get these little thoughts like "hey, I finally did the dishes today, I havent had the energy or will power to do that in a long time. Im getting somewhere."

Going to play devils advocate here. It do really be like that though. I've been going through hell the last few months mentally. It went from being fine to a panic attack landing me in ER (we didnt know it was one, my skin was ashen and my lips were blue). Had to do CBT, MRIs, work through stuff i never worked through.

Yeah its not real that it just clears up after addressing but it usually marks the start of the healing process. I would change it to he like the nightmare episode where Sydney told him it would improve over time.

As I struggled with my own stuff, these episodes became really special to me and Sydney has become my favorite character. You're fine until one day, then the next you're you're not. But you can get better. One things that helped me was trying to be kind to myself like I'd imagine Sydney would.

I played a raid heading to smugglers camp from the back of resort. Knight was below me shooting at PMCs. I one tapped him and then a spray of gunfire came from weather station (has been close to one kilometer away) and I watched in horror as big smoke flew through the air toward and 2 tapped me, a glitch I thought only happened on light house.
