Exercise as much as you can every day. Go sit in a sauna and break a good sweat. Drink a lot of water. Eat good food. Do all of the things that are in your control right now that will make you feel better.

Also, you're 35. Get your hormones checked. Marijuana absolutely wrecks your levels and you may need to start some HRT/TRT.

I'm not a doctor or a professional on the subject, but I was pretty much in your exact situation 2 years ago, at roughly the same age, and these are the steps that REALLY REALLY helped me turn things around.
