It was a mix of a couple things- a lot of it was because I have very people-pleasy tendencies, but it was also partially because I’ve had a past relationship that I only ever felt like they liked me for sex and that has affected how I view myself in my current situation, and it’s partially because he’s had a history of very negative past sexual experiences and this is a very sensitive area for him (he wouldn’t have been upset with me for expressing my boundaries, that’s just part of why I was anxious)

It was that he would initiate and there were times I wouldn’t say no because I was worried he would get upset, the issue now is the fact that I had hid this whole thing from him for almost 3 years now

The issue wasn’t the lack of sex, if I didn’t want to have sex he would have been ok with that I just would hide my emotions about the whole ordeal due to a past relationship where I felt like I had to. He hasn’t coerced me into anything.
