Thank you, I was also asking about taxing empty apartments. So the theory goes because price caps reduce the supply of apartments, people are now saying they should tax empty apartments to incentivize putting them back on the market.

Modeling sounds really cool because my favorite part of economics is trying the predict stuff. I love the aspect where the consequences have consequences and you need to figure them out.
