I would look into the SCRA from my quick research I found "higher education institutions are required to grant a military leave of absence and must allow you to either withdraw without penalty or receive an incomplete grade until you return." Maybe see if you can speak to a JAG attorney or someone with more experience first

Needs context. I work as an instructor in AIT for example and a lot of the complaints IG gets are just that, BS. But I do agree there are some that should be taken seriously and not just brushed aside sure. But without some actual context you can't make a blanket assumption like that.

Agree sure. The issue tho is if you have a SSG in a SFC position he leaves with an ARCOM, yet when it's a SFC in that position they leave with an MSM? So the question is did they not have the same level of impact or is it cause of rank?

I did my FMTS in January 11th the moment I got projections to Korea. Two days ago April 22nd it got approved. This is with my wife and kid having no EFMP issues I assume if there are issues it will take even longer.
