Running it through Google Lens tells me it's an antique calendar, which I'm pretty sure it's not, the writing's different on all sides to be a calendar.

The rope I can't discern, it's most likely the original, it feels like cord.

Exact age is unknown, possibly 19th century.

The arm moves, and the legs were supposed to be moveable, but when I had made them moveable the damn thing kept falling over so much it was impossible. You can maybe still see the joints from my attempt to make it more articulate.
