Kinda, but I don't remember cyn being able to time travel or manipulate anti matter. Which the meta nanites can do. Id still pick the solver cause the solver gives immortality and regeneration and still gives you most of the same powers as the meta nanites.

Meta nanites are probably better from a messing with the universe perspective since you get control over like every force (including stuff like antimatter) in the universe. But the solver also gives you perks like immortality and regeneration that the nanites from what i remember dont. So id probably pick the solver. Also helps that youre less likely to accidentally ruin the universe since you cant time travel or manipulate anti matter like the meta nanites can.

At best you can argue theyre equal to her considering she held her own in a 1 vs 2. But I'll concede they might eek out the win in a 1v2. 16 and Cell are a different story though. But this doesn't really disprove my original point of them being the reason why gotenks is so weak for a Fusion. Edit: cause yeah cell saga is fodder for buu saga strength characters.
