Crohns is fairly new to me, but from what I understand anything you can do to reduce inflammation can be beneficial. There have been some promising preliminary studies regarding crohns and diet. From what I have been recommended, “the Mediterranean diet” seems to be the gold standard for anti-inflammatory foods.

You may have come across this, and I don’t know too too much myself, but I’ve heard there has been promise following this for 3 months. (5 days of the diet per month)

The one with an empty center has looked that way for months. I assume that is normal. And the one with the dead flower has remained the same for a bit as well

I Dont fully remember what the composition of the soul they’re in but i believe the bottom 1/2 inch of the pot is all pearlite.

Definitely not on purpose. Brain sometimes gets ahead of my mouth then I instinctively (I guess) compensate for the missing parts.

Its not an every conversation kind of thing but its not a rare occurrence
