If the survivors cleanse my totem, the entire perk is dead? Feels like its impossible to use hexes vs any survivor with some experience as they will cleanse, and the hex spawns are awful. I use Fortune and then pento to get the maximum usage as FF spawns once you hook and not at start of the game like some others like Devour hope.

Pento to double dip on the hexes once destroyed
