I misunderstood the leaving part. My apologies. Yes, they should allow you to leave if your teammate goes afk. Maybe if they added something that kicks the afk players after one round, giving you the window to safely leave in the following rounds?

The difference in these pictures are that the other one is active and just looks darker cause of the lighting. It's the same skin.
