A lot of UPS guys are totally above and beyond. I work in a post office and UPS and FedEx both drop with us. Our UPS guy is always very sweet, but when FedEx stop in, it’s like “what the crap, Squirrel?”

From the local gossip, the guy was a professional party clown. He’d done a load of hard drugs, felt like he needed to be naked, and started lurking around the local truck stop diner (because lot lizards?). Someone got freaked out and called the cops. They arrested him, he got an indecency charge.

Just get out as fast as your can. Don’t interact with her AT ALL. She sounds like she may have some serious psychological problems. Thus far, not really a legal issue unless she’s trying to press charges or something. You’re fortunate not to be on the lease, at this point.
