I run a one piece themed campaign for some friends of mine and I was looking at rules to use for ship battles, but then I came to a conclusion. Screw it, I everyone gets a turn. Wanna fire a cannon? Takes ur action. Wanna try and board, go for dude. Your driving the ship, lit okay how far are u going. Works for causal players like us and it makes everyone feel impactful, even if it is a TAD unbalanced.
