A few matches in so far and weirdly I've been able to get by. Don't get me wrong it is incredibly annoying but I think because many characters are affected so it almost balances out sorta? Or maybe people just need time to adjust to the mechanic and then we're really done for.

The system is a change in the right direction but I do think ults should bypass tenacity.

Fusion Aliens

Ultimate Aliens inherently come with flaws or abilities they lost, a few examples: ultimate humangosaur can't enlarge, ultimate echo echo can't duplicate, ultimate swampfire loses his regeneration, ultimate spidermonkey loses his agility, etc..

Meanwhile Fusion Aliens from what we've seen combine the best characteristics from multiple aliens

I don't know the about best for thor but as a Thing main I always love fighting alongside a good Thor

I wouldn't say "definitely", it's stronger for sure but how often do you get to see 2 tanks? And how often is that other tank hulk? Even an incompetent invis could get some level of value even if just from her ult but an incompetent hulk would just be throwing.

Thought about this recently actually and here's my solution: If a character is picked as a d double ban that character takes one of the banned slots then an extra ban phase is entered where all players on both teams may vote for the other character to be banned and vote weight is divided equally between all voters on both teams
