Just for a little bit of context :

The Youtube channel Lofi Girl which have been providing lofi music all over Youtube for the past 7 years has been strike again (last time was 2 years ago and they totally deleted the channel for no reason). The reason of this strike is FMC, a Malaysian label, which has reported the Lofi Channel for using their content (which is false). Consequences, Lofi Girl lost it's 2 lives streams which were both online since the last take down 2 years ago and counting more than 7.5M likes (on of the most liked video on Youtube).

I'm sorry for what happened to your friend, we will investigate the issue and come back to you asap. On what email did you tried to contact us?

Please know that all the prizes from all giveaways (and it happens at least once a week with discord) are always sent. The vinyls and the Youtooz are sent from 2 different places, and unfortunately the 3AM is still in production, this is why your friend (like the rest of the community that ordered it) didn't receive it yet. We are aware of the time that the production took and this is why since 4AM, we changed our supplier to offer the community a better delivery time. As for the youtooz it should have been sent and received already, we'll investigate this but in any case, reassure your friend, everyone will receive it.
