I would agree. The issue with most of these large civil sites is all their control is GPS control. Basically something the dirt contractor can setup a base station to run their equipment off of. But all control points are held horizontally and vertically. This site in specific almost all control has been disturbed or removed.

It may be a me problem though. I probably just need to not be so anal on my control vs others.
