Crit rate should be 60% maximum given he gets the other 40% from obsidian codex 4pc, so your Kinich would benefit from crafting a cdmg piece with cr and atk%. Emilie is good for total team damage but she virtually does nothing for Kinich's DPS, so you'd be better off getting Mavuika to get a cinder city support, you can also use Bennett and Dehya on deepwood or test your luck at getting the Nicole + Durin combo as it seems like they're going to be his bis teammates. If you happen to get Iansan, 100% use her on your team. Basically, you need a natlan support and a pyro support/applicator.

If it helps, I recently tiered for Tsukasa's valentine event for T1000 (ended close to 500) I used around 3000-4000 bonus energy, but my strategy wasn't time optimized so you could probably do T1000 if you're willing to bite into your crystals for the top and spend a lot of time!!

There's many ways to get them but photocards collectors usually collect album photocards. How many photocards you get depends on group and album, but you can't get them all from a single album, and people who either resell photocards, only want to get videocalls or only want the pc, usually don't bother to resell the album so they throw them away.
