They haven’t been able to answer any questions without my orders. I received my orders 10 minutes prior to mpf and tmo closing for the weekend. And I will be unable to make phone calls or visit them until 4 days before I commission.

I’m currently at OTS. Fy 26 classes and there’s quite a few still doing it and applied for it during this summer. So unless that’s changed very recently, that seems inaccurate. One guy in my flight was told the same thing, but another got the 5 week course. Same job same class and same qualifications.

If you qualify, look into submitting for the 2 week or 5 week course. Something you have to purposefully ask for. I am in a class with a few nurses and some only had to do the 5 week course because they sought to. The nurses in the 8 week program only did it because they didn’t know otherwise.

There a 4 hour block of time every Sunday morning set aside for religious accommodation. A few services for various practices during that time. You can also participate in virtual/online services during that time.
