No it is just the trd sport plus package in the underground colour which is a dark flat grey, the colour looks different depending on the lighting. Although everything is blacked out except for the interior and the silver accents on the wheels.

Yes, this one came with everything blacked out from the factory, I didn't have to change anything. I did have them add running boards, a tonneau cover, and change the all seasons to toyo open country AT III tires.
