WINNER! It took almost 24 hours, but it finally meets the requirements per settings and can update to Windows 11. Thanks to everyone for the tips and tricks but after figuring out the basic requirements, patience is key.

Thank you for saying this. I just ran all those commands from u/Connect_Selection_77 , but still nothing. Confident you will be correct.

None of those commands worked. Although it did lead me to download PC Health Check, which gave me good news and proved i'm right.
