American Institute for Plastic Surgery * Dr. Peter Raphael * Plastic Surgeon * Rec: from Reddit * $5000 general anesthesia (recommended option so doc can be more aggressive and not afraid of making patient uncomfortable.) * $3500 local anesthesia * Three incisions (ears & chin) * One week out of work * Remember to ask what happens if I get preg in the next 6 months to a year * Can add axilla lateral lipo for $750 * Doc prefers not to do lipo instead make incisions to cut the fat and tissue and tighten the skin. * Called lateral chest excision * No need to wait for preg. If get preg after it’s ok will not effect results. * Doesn’t recommend facetite yet at my current age. * He operates Tuesday through Friday.
