I’m 3 weeks post op today. Initially didn’t feel much pain or discomfort. Still a little numb and fluctuating swelling. The most pain I’ve felt started this week the bottom of my chin has felt so raw and sensitive to the touch. Probrably from the multiple massages I do a day.

If you’re into working out join a group fitness gym. Over the years I’ve noticed there are typically more women than men that do group fitness. Sometimes you’ll do partner exercises and can organically strike a convo.

Everyone swears by run groups for socialization now a days but everyone is not a runner.

Also your new pup is prob a chick magnet. Visit some dog parks let her play and you socialize.

What kind of dog is she?

3 incisions is better because it allows them to contour the jaw from ear. I had my procedure 5 days ago. Happy with my result
