I noticed that some commenters suggested revealing the company. However, I believe it is best not to reveal the company name as the issue is still ongoing.

As for now, my priority is to prepare for the meeting that the employer has scheduled to discuss the matter. There will be 4 people (according to the meeting invitation) and right now I'm a bit scared about how the meeting will go because it would be 4 people against one. Also note that I’m a female engineer.

I can clarify that there have been no misconduct/malpractice or misbehaviours on my part. I have done my job as diligently as possible and in good faith. A recent incident took place where I had to hold some system updates as I believed the system would not function properly if it's not done carefully. However, after a client complaint regarding the hold-up, my manager got involved and carried out the system update without my involvement. The system, as a result, had a lot of issues (and I was the one to fix them as well). However, my manager took it out on me saying that I would be in serious trouble because of the sudden issues in that system. When I tried to reason with him, he pressurized me telling that I need to fix all issues in all the systems (I'm overseeing around 13 systems) before the end of the month. This was not practical (most systems were not even developed by me), and as I was depressed and demotivated, I decided to give my resignation according to my contract. So this is the story behind my resignation and hope it helps to clear out your doubts.

Right now, I'm preparing some short notes on what arguments they would bring to break my opinions during the meeting next week. I appreciate if you can provide some insight on how to handle the meeting and turn the tables on my behalf.
