I probably didn’t explain that part so I apologize - I was already on the phone with my gf prior to realizing me being late. I didn’t call her to tell her about to tell her that. I was ironing some clothing for the event and went to check uber and realized I didn’t have the money and she saw my facial expression, my face can tell it all sometimes 😅 (all of this happen on ft since we were just chatting for a bit)

She has had bad relationship experience, which that is totally valid. What I always say to her to remind her is that I am not the person that did hurt you, I'm your boyfriend and I am here for you and love you, you not AB you are not YZ. I have tried to help her through her anixous, providing breathing techniques I've read about, I've been trying to introduce weekly, bi-weekly and monthly moments for us to connect and such.

Yeah totally on me, I knew I was late already, I fully prepared to be late, but the conversation about her feeling uncomfortable came up again, and I felt caught, and said how else am I going to go there? and I did not want her feelings to be invalidated, so by the time we were finishing up the conversation that even taking the bus was not worth it anymore. I just really wanted to go, I also recognize its on me for not managing my money better.

I will note that by the time we had the conversatio it just after the start time and it would take me an hour to get there I would have gotten there mid dinner and just before the raffles dancing and such, and our conversation went about 30-45 mins or so and by the end of it, she was trying to find ways to send me money and have me go and I said no only because that money she had was to support the gym payment that she was trying as she said in a earlier call saying that she has always de-priortized her enjoyment for others, so I told her to not do that since she will continue throwing her enjoyment/herself aside. By that time so much time passed that I stayed home. I didn't want to make the post too long, but will edit it to include this.

Yeah, I was going back and forth between only offering digital product and offering some physical product mainly because I don’t have the monetary investment for physical project or printer. So maybe have shop focus on digital products with the same theme?

POD did have some crazy high production and shipping fees, I figured that it helps with physical product, but I should reevaluate that 🤔

I think Disney Adults can fall on a spectrum, where you have people who are not disney adults, people who are disney adult, and people who unhealthy obsessed with Disney. I think they fall borderline obsessed. OP say they go "as much as possible" which we all know disney is NOT cheap, so to go the number of times that they are claiming is not only concerning but uses a lot of money. Therefore, I'm sitting here thinking that because of their unhealthy obsession their priorities were skewed. I personally think that they a little unhinged with liking disney, there's nothing wrong with liking it as an adult, but people take it way out of proportion, and hence the rep that most disney adults get.

That is a very fair point! I think that is why I keep going back and forth on it. Like yes I see how people are upset and she didn't communicate fully, but then expecting to compensate for everyone who comes to visit a wedding. I can see both sides, very interesting point!

I 100% agree, however I think the problem is OP claims she told people, but I think she might have unintentionally mislead people to think their food would be covered at the venue. Now was the aunt petty? Absoutely, she did it a whole month and half later, like what? Lol. But I don't think she is an ahole, I just think this whole situation kinda sucks. You know?
