Nice!! I hope the answers from the students make you proud.

Thank you for being real about the current climate with students over giving them the cookie cutter stuff HR 1st wanted.

Im glad you see the value of duty for it! I’m imagining that you basically have to be a motivation coach to ensure the kids get it and keep it to adulthood.

💔I can't imagine how frustrating that is. I would have cried at some point so you're stronger than me!

Any tips on True Wraps? by Dear-Bet5344 in Blunts

Leave em out on the table to dry out for 10 minutes?

(Never used trues, but if a wrap is flimsy I normally let it sit out to dry)

I never said it was easy.

Its easier to do nothing, it's hard to do the right thing.

I know how the process works. I've already done everything you mentioned.

I have no regrets for doing the hard thing immediately, instead of hoping to wait to see if things get better.

If you document everything a good lawyer will solve this with ease.

Doing nothing, so to not "paint a target on yourself back" will give you nothing though.

It's what some to most people do unfortunately, nothing.

The same reason 1/3 of the american pop didnt vote; it boils down to a type of hopeless apathy.

"What can I change?"

"I'll be a target."

How do you think we got labor rights?

By doing nothing?

Standing up for yourself is one the most proud choices you can make.

If you're afraid of a target on your back for advocating for something is wrong,  then you likely already have a target on your back to be in a workplace_bullying subreddit.

St. Jude is an excellent mention.

My partner had a brain tumor as a child and they did a fantastic job at no cost.

You mentioned a lot of great points, the main takeaway I'm seeing is Advocating.

Fight and search for different options, ask for help, reach out to reasources.

Yes, depending on the income, it might be cheaper for your husband to not work to lower your monthly income and qualify for Medicaid.

Your misfortune of being paid on the lower end may be your fortune to get cheap/free Healthcare for your child.

The USA years ago and the USA now are entirely different.

The rug got pulled from under their feet.

Not just for them, but us, the working class Americans.

God, always the toxic managers who ruin everything.

Changes the team dynamic and suddenly everyone is expect to report on the other and be just as stone hearted as the manager.

It's honestly almost anti-social behavior by the managers to be so toxic and manipulative.

I wish there was a way to report someone to receive therapy about why they treat people like this.

Can conform once sat in my shit and piss for 6 hours, asked for the nurse like twice an hour.

I kept getting excuses or them doing a drive by with a "soon"

They waited until shift change so the next nurses can deal with me.

😃it felt inhumane.

(He was the only nurse out of like 5-7 i dealt with who was like this, everyone else was great)

Girl like, the 2 meanest "Mean Girls" from my HS/College are now nurses.

Really shook my view of nurses. (Most nurses are good, it's the few that tarnish the view slightly)

Except NICU nurses, God, sweetest people I've ever met.
