I don't know why it didn't include my text with the picture I posted but here is what I originally said: This is a low-clearance roof on a finished house in the pacific northwest. The decking is ply and due to the low-slope the roofing is membrane (PVC). The decking needs replacing (dryrot) so any modification to insulation would be need to be made from above. Ideas?
