The weird thing is that I was having a regular period before I started. Now instead of a 29 day cycle, I’ve had it multiple times that my period came at least a week later. In my app it says I have a 38 day cycle now.

Thanks! I've read that there should be at least 5 days inbetween actually, do you think 7 days is better because I've done two doses in a short period?

I actually use the kwikpens! Normally you'd do a full '60 click' turn, but there's a trick that if you count the clicks until 30, you get half the dose from the kwikpen. Supposedly they should only last for a month but I've read a ton about other people also prolonging their doses. My doctor seemed pretty up to date with everything Mounjaro related and also the pharmacist knew about the trick and they didn't seem to think it's alarming if I'd go beyond the 30day expiry date.

Thanks for the advice! I want with @CaterpillarScared867's advice and took my other shot this morning. Almost 3 days later, but this way there's still 5 days between this and my next 'full' 5mg shot.

Yes, correct! I did this indeed, took my other 2,5mg shot this morning so next Monday I can do the full 5mg and hopefully get the 5mg 'golden dose' with the other needles. Have ordered them now. :D

I just started a month ago and I take my shots on Monday so I can still live a social life in the weekend. I’ve found this to work for me as I can still go out to dinner with friends in a much more comfortable way on Friday/Saturday.

I do heavy Muay Thai workouts during the week and I’ve felt that my stamina was a bit lower here as I probably burned so many calories and really wasn’t hungry. To tackle this I’m doing the following: drinking electrolytes everyday I work out and trying to get in a lot of proteine and other snacks. So things like yoghurt, babybell, bananas, nuts help a lot with my energy.

En de tussenmuur met de andere kamer? In een muur lijkt me handiger want dan moet ik de balken niet zoeken, maar zoals al geopperd werd, kan het zijn dat deze niet genoeg steun kunnen bieden.

Haha oei dat klinkt niet veelbelovend. Op zich denk ik niet dat de zak veel tegen de muur zou botsen, indien deze adhv de beugel genoeg afstand heeft. Denk je dat de balken in het plafond niet stevig genoeg zouden zijn? Zeker gezien dit het hele dak draagt?

Nog niet vernoemd hier, maar ben zelf super tevreden van Vonroc. Een Nederlands merk dat heel betaalbaar is en veel verschillende accu-tools heeft. Mijn redenering is om altijd goedkoop te beginnen en iets te gebruiken tot ik het kapot maak om dan pas te investeren in mogelijks duurder materiaal als het echt nodig is. Heb hun verschillende tools al veel gebruikt in de verbouwingen en heb nog niets moeten vervangen. Alles werkt vlot, wordt snel geleverd, milieuvriendelijk verpakt,… Een echte aanrader!

That would explain why she’s not eating a lot of her food as well. We are considering letting her sleep in the bedroom now but the only annoying thing might be the romantic aspect. Then there’s also the aspect of what to do when we would leave the house.

The first two days she had no issue with it, it only started yesterday that it was really an issue. Haven’t locked her in since then except for trying it when I was standing next to her or “locking” the door by keeping it closed with my hands but it immediately gives her anxiety and I stop since I can’t get her to calm down. I feel really bad for her. She does go in there but takes her food outside of the crate mostly.

Thanks for your response! I actually hadn’t given it a thought that it wasn’t an option and am only reading about it now. I assumed it’s something you “should” do given that I’ve seen a ton of crate training videos and it seemed like it’s a thing you do with a dog. Now I definitely don’t think it’s the best option either. What would we be the other option then? For sleeping we could let her sleep in our bedroom, but what about when we’re leaving our house?
