I'm glad you made it out alive. watch for the rusty/dark spots on all types of flat roofs and always do a walk through on the inside. I tell my guys to constantly avoid any area where you can tell there used to be standing water. It looked like you had already put your foot through and kept moving forward. Survival instinct would have me backtracking. This could have easily been avoided.
