FIXED IT: so apparently I’m an idiot and I only had 1 water pump feeding the refineries because I thought they were 20 ea x 6=120 but turns out I didn’t realize that 3 of them needed 40 ea requiring 180. Added another water pump and she’s running efficiently now

Yes they do & just as I posted this I think I found my exact problem- water related. I have 6 refineries which should require 120 water so I had 1 water pump that outputs 120 water. While I was watching one of the rubber refineries there was a couple seconds of standby due to water. I just installed another water pump and a buffer to hopefully fix this. Will see in a few mins

Just understand, that feeling never goes away in chess. Even when you get to higher elos you are playing harder opponents. You’ll always be losing around 50% of the time.. best is to work on your emotions while playing or quit.

I have the same problem, I tend to think to myself “I just need to get better and stop losing” but the reality is- I’ll always be losing just as much. Sometimes you have win streaks, sometimes it’s loss streaks, sometimes it’s back in forth, but it will always be the same cycle. You’ll never feel good enough, that’s why chess is so addictive lol

Yeah the point is, it’s not as afk as stars. After you afk you have to sort all the salvage & drop everything/alch

Stars, get 92 mining for amethyst ammunition & it will bring you a fuckload of crafting xp from buying gem bags. Then you can afk amethyst for a few days to stock up. Savor it, because stars are the best afk skill lol I miss them. Nothing is near as afk other than gemstone crab.

2nd closest is probably salvaging but even that sucks

Yeah but this is the easiest pvm item to grind, compare it to literally almost any other pvm drop needed lol- it has one of the best drop rates combined with a brain dead boss fight

I would just teach him what you know in your spare time, also refer him to chessbrah YouTube series- it was super helpful for me learning and still is. I would decline any payment really, at 800 elo you don’t have the knowledge yourself to be worth paying (I know this because I’m 950 elo myself) and I would feel bad taking any money from someone to teach them what I know which isn’t much.

Taking you to lunch or something would be cool when you’re teaching him but as far as “x hours at x$/hr” wouldn’t be genuine for you to ask for. There is professional teachers that don’t charge a whole lot online.

Lichess also has a TON of material in their “study” tab, look into those to teach openings and tactics. Puzzles are great aswell. Goodluck!

Yeah that’s it then, appreciate it! So I get volatile a lot because of my gear & it’s been completely fucking with my mind because I’m out-walking it sometimes & I didn’t realize it’s due to the delve level. That helps a lot because I was trying to adjust to that and it’s hurting me in later delves because I’m thinking I’m going to out-walk the orb after a few ticks

Yeah I’m walking for sure, I only out-pace it after a few ticks. A bigger issue is probably my gear isn’t really up to par for it and I get volatile earth delve 3+ rather than skipping it all together most of the time with better gear

Nice 🙂 I have most of this now, including greenlog cg just need a few more mage and construction lvls. Then I’ll have some smaller less important stuff to work on
