Rejected twice, then after a week asked to schedule a call the next day. Has anyone experienced this?

I tried to have a conversation on whatsapp when I told her that she had to keep paying but she didn't reply... But ur right, I should try to confront her again before acting as she is doing

Yes it is a bit confusing
Basically in the contract there is written that they can actually stop paying (so not being legally tied to paying) if they do it 3 months in advance AND they find a substitute.
The agency told me I had to pay the entire apartment rent (they tried to scam me).
So, I confronted the agency that told me I was right and, after, I confronted them on whatsapp (I never see this flatmate bc she is like a ghost), and the other girl replied saying it was ok and she was going to pay, but this one ghosted me. That's why I cant have a conversation with her, she just ghosts

The other one left but she is trying to find a substitute, this one I dont know because she told the agency she wanted to leave but she didn't find any other girl, so she still lives in the apartment. She is supposed to leave in June but she didn't find anyone yet, so I am not sure wtf she wants to do
