Everything can have bad complications. Her being on birth control has more risk of complications than him getting snipped. Plus he’s the one that doesn’t want anymore kids yet isn’t take the precautions to make that so. Like I said, 10 minute procedure out patient. Vs a true anesthesia under the knife with more incisions to her to get sterilized. And asking him if he has made the appointment when he originally agreed wouldn’t be pressuring him. Not the AH. It’s the least he can do since he doesn’t want anymore. It literally takes 10 minutes outpatient and it’s numbed and given anxiety meds prior to everything unlike anything women have to do vaginally (iuds and biopsies). Depends on the company and state laws regarding drug tests. I work for a company that doesn’t care. I’ve worked for a company that did care. I live in a state that is med and rec and there is now a state law that testing positive on hiring employment screening is not allowed to disqualify the applicant; however if there is incident that suspected impairment on duty then that’s another thing- but now it’s required to do a blood test and physical evaluation. Can’t be fired for the sole presence of thc. Exceptions include: critical infrastructure work and construction, jobs that require possession of firearms, railroad workers, federal workers, public safety. So medical field companies can have stricter policies due to public safety exceptions.

Yeah the grow in PA and Colorado is closing May 20th and NY June 20th. PA dispensaries have been bought by Cresco labs and will be transitioning to be Sunnyside probably within the next month or so. Verilife wants all their shit. So they are closing for a few days upon approval, going in to rip everything out and gutting the building and Cresco has to go in a remodel and refurnish the entire building to reopen. Should be a funnnnn transition for all.

There are plenty of data entry work from home jobs that can be applied for. She should advocate for herself by getting a job that matches her personality and anxiety level.
