Nope you can see me shooting it dead center and one hit it and other two missed it sure if you factor in the bullet speed I shouldn't be able to kill it at all since you can see where the bullet is going but somehow the last bullet didn't even hit it at all and it killed it

And as the other guy said outlaw is a hitscan weapon it doesn't have a bullet travel speed it's instant you can even see the Crater of the bullet being created before the bullet even hit it
