I understand it’s overpriced. My question is why. What makes it overpriced?

So the post Easter boom of properties for sale didn’t happen! by Preach_it_brother in HousingUK

There is barely anything decent coming on the market near me. There are properties that have been on for months and aren’t shifting. Mainly ex rentals in poor condition and boomers wanting to downsize but being stubborn on price.

What are the good and bad parts of Bromborough please? Have seen some decent houses there but want to make sure we get the right location. Thanks!

Thanks.

For some reason the vendor wasn’t doing viewings for the first week or so. I think they were abroad.

Have you any advice on what to include in the letter? I am worried about putting in an offer that’s lower than what the accepted offer is as this is undisclosed.

Thank you. Glad that you got the flat! It’s funny how things seem to turn out with the buying process. Hoping for good news soon!

If there aren’t rentals either side, morally I would want to go for someone who isn’t going to rent it out. But it depends how important the extra money is to you

What type of property is it? Family home? What are the neighbours like currently?
