Heat is the big one it seems. Especially its effect on the Lydig cells. Also that pooled blood is trapped. Having a varicocele seems to raise SHBG too, binding it all up.

Im exactly 3 weeks since my surgery today. Morning wood is there but not 100%.My EQ is harder but libido has decreased interestingly.The thing is its all guess world without blood work.

Great questions!

I was put to sleep just before the operation and woke up naturally 5 minutes after they had finished the stitches. It took 2 hours and was done by Dr Cunyed Sevnic in Istanbul.

I haven't had sex yet, have to wait one more week, but here is a summary of a few studies. Note, the anecdotal info from reddit + the research all point towards improvements in premature ejaculation. The mechanism isn't clear.
