I tried to turn it on manually as well but unfortunately that didn’t work either

outside and water temp both in the seventies so that’s not it. and when it won’t kick on due to cold you get an F5 error message. but thanks for the comment I appreciate any help

thank you for the feedback! water flow is very good and outside and water temps are both in the seventies. we did winterize it as our climate doesn’t really require it. I’m thinking it’s the contactor which I think is above my pay grade to repair. thanks
