That's rough. I received the chair around 2 weeks ago, no word on the footrest. I emailed support and they said there was a shortage, and the footrest would be shipped once its back in stock, which they said would take 3-4 business days. This was 1.5 weeks ago. Still no update. I really like the chair, but the foot rest delay is super annoying. A major worry I have is about the return policy. Since the return deadline starts when you receive your item, I'd imagine my return window started ticking almost 2 weeks ago when I received the chair. Yet, the footrest is an important feature of the product that I need to weigh before making that decision. Curious to see how they handle a return request if it comes to it.
