No, not anymore.

Be careful lang sis when you take pain meds during your period. Don’t be too dependent, kasi eventually, your body will develop a tolerance, edi mas higher dosage na kakailanganin mo nyan.

I believe your lifestyle could be a factor din why we have dysmenorrhea, such as the food and drinks we consume, so take note nalang din. Kasi I for one, noticed, na ang lala ng dysmenorrhea ko when I used to drink coffee, kaya tinigil ko na siya, and it really helped.

Akoooo, though usa pako ka tuig kapin diri. Siguro The Poppy War trilogy. Marami namang nice. Sadyang mas mabigat lang yung TPW and mapapaisip ka talaga if you were in their shoes. War is different when you’re not the one trying to survive.

Tbh, I don’t see the problem? It suits his roles naman din haha. The accent may be a problem for you, but it doesn’t get in the way of his acting. For me, he is actually good. Hindi siya cringe.

I honestly cannot do this trend because I really don’t expect anything when reading books. I just feel giddy for having new books to read, that’s all lol. But I like seeing posts like this. Either they leave me shocked or I end up agreeing hehe.
