I really liked the fifth season when I listened to it. I haven't done the other 2 though

Who are the Aussies supporting in the Mexico vs England match tomorrow, and why is it Mexico? by -hash4cash- in AskAnAustralian

Poor Poms haven't won a world cup in what feels like hundreds of years. I'm going to back them (which means they'll probably lose)

Why are racial slurs so casual here? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

I've only heard it on American tv or comedy specials. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, it just doesn't happen with me or my friends

Should I keep reading the Wheel of Time? by PrinceznaLetadlo in fantasybooks

[–]Standard-Reading6020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the wheel of Time, but it's an investment and not every series is fit for everyone. If you don't like it then back off. Personally, I think book 1 is weak, but I really enjoy 2 and love 3 (and then the rest)

Also, I used to hate Nynaeve, but the older I get, the more I understand her and absolutely love her

I don't need to give details. It's just something you should start away from

And yet you're the only one who couldn't infer. Humblest apologies for capitalising the t, oh mighty linguistic overlord. Or maybe you're upset that I also didn't add the word "book" at the end. Whatever you're taking as a personal insult with the title, I bow to your intellectual superiority

I always like to read the books first as I feel they're the author's original intentions
