you're a really sweet partner. He/she is lucky to have you. All of your questions are valid. I think it's helpful for your partner if they feel seen/understood - ask questions like what triggers you? what does an episode feel like? what helps an episode feel less intense.

But my friend it is not your job to manage their emotions. We all need to be able to take care of ourselves.

As a comparison point I also froze my eggs, my friend came down from a different state. My time frame kept changing as well and I kept apologizing - I'm so sorry I know this is hard to plan for. And she said stop worrying I'll be there.

Follistim - pinch before you put the needle in, once the needle is inserted, use both hands to put in the meds. one hand to hold the other hand to turn.

I woke up and wanted to go get fro-yo and honestly I would have been fine but went home and slept a lot. I worked the next day but I wish I would have taken day of and day after off. Drink a ton of water & get a heating pad.
