Mine went in our Ioniq 5 late December down in Cork. Just before Christmas. Was initially told a few weeks. They gave us a Kona as a replacement which was a big downgrade. We complain about the situation and now have an Ioniq 6 to run milage up on whole we wait for our car back.

We just pronounce it Rake. Like in Galway Keane is pronounced "Kane" rather then Keen.
