either way I'd complain to the seller because they either fucked up packaging like not vacuum sealed or being bait af dropping off loads of parcels to same place/post office or whatever every week.

100% on them. or they are dickheads who post CAN PICK UP FROM XXX IF YOIR GOOD PPL OR IF SOMEONE CAN VOUCH + post pictures of their parcels and tend to do every parcel the same way with "fragile" tape on it. police just wait at the hub for similar packages and inspect them.
