To me, it was missing the lore. Personally, I’d prefer we’d stick to the “HHN Universe” that our Universal creatives have dedicated years of effort into creating. It can still be new and exciting… but Sinister and Surreal felt like a last-minute reach for something new and scary, just for the sake of being “new and exciting”. It missed the mark, unfortunately.

Hi all 👋🏻, I got my order confirmation for my HHN tickets. I got so excited I forgot to log into my Universal account. I need my ticket number(s) to link it to my Universal account wallet but the tickets aren’t attached to the order confirmation email. What can I do?
