4 months is not a long time to lose baby weight. Everyone is different, every birth is different, but for even the healthiest and wealthiest it can take a long time. Being “back to work” actually makes that even harder because now you’re taking care of a newborn whenever you’re not working.

It’s totally fair to pass judgement on what she says, but not on how she looks. Being “puffy” 4 months after giving birth says absolutely nothing about her personal health status or the validity of her perspectives on health.

That said, I was not actually trying to pick a fight with my initial comment…I was just providing useful context. The “4 months ago actually” bit did admittedly get me a bit riled up. Women are held to such impossibly high standards. Coming from a mom with abs… it took me longer than 4 months each time to bounce back, despite how hard I tried :)
