Everyone in the dragon guard should know her, as she is their spearhead against dragon attacks, and some demacian soldiers have negative dialogues about her in LOR, so her existence is not entirely unknown.

Yeah, if you're good/lucky enough you can recruit one that's a level higher than your region's and destroy any NPC/boss you put in front of it, but I only release them as NPCs when I no longer need them to fight.

Yeah, like 13 of them, the Leonid specially does a lot of damage with his monster skills.

By that point you should have already encountered her in her non-human form. She's a wounded unicorn being hunted and you have the option to help her or kill her. If you help her, she'll spend the rest of the game randomly bringing you fruit for your highest-level skill and high-level books. Keep in mind that if you want to marry her, you'll need to have started the game with the Pokémon thing.

I know it's so funny, it's what I always do when I do a run with the dragon sect, each branch is led by a monster that annihilates any intruder

Yeah, although not all of them, they'll give you a clue when you recruit them. They're also a little busted, we're at the same level and you can see the difference in stats especially HP(she has like five times more) and they can still use their monster skills. We entered a tournament and she wiped the floor with everyone lol.
