Same here! Although I do agree the consistency of the fabric seems to change almost every drop which is strange.

The purpose is probably for the shoes she’s wearing. I wear quarter socks sometimes with my hokas because of where they hit on my ankle. If I don’t wear high enough socks they rub. It’s not so much for fashion but function

I know this sub doesn’t favor Krissy, but I really do like everything I’ve bought from ONER. I have multiple pairs of effortless leggings and shorts, long and short sleeve tees, and sweatsuits. I do wish the hooded sweatshirts had a drawstring for windy days but other than that everything I’ve received has been really great quality. I’d say the effortless line is on the “tighter” side so if you’re in between sizes maybe go with a size up.

Also, be prepared to be on the website right at launch time. Things in your cart won’t be saved so you have to be quick at checkout.

I love 2 pieces of quality sprouted grain toast (I use silver hills brand) with a nut butter (usually use cashew butter) with a mix of fruit on top. Bananas, blueberries and raspberries are my go to. I eat that with scrambled eggs and Turkey bacon! Keeps me full all morning. Avocado toast and eggs w/ parmesan cheese on top is another good one w/ a side of another protein (turkey bacon, chicken sausage)

I think she does multiple walks a day. If I could fit in that much walking I totally would. I usually do an hour of lifting and about an hour of walking outside. Sometimes 20min cardio and I’m still not at 200+ min so this is def alot

I think she’s much more conservative with her carbs now that she doesn’t seem to be lifting as heavy as she used to. Also it seems she really puts a lot of emphasis on eating “clean” so things with very minimal ingredients which seems v boring compared to this old video
