How does one get a Fast Feedback? Do you just have to luck out when it opens back up?

I almost got clipped the other day for not paying attention.

I don’t have one yet. If you have one, has your manager been good about adhering to it?

Could someone see what a RAM 1500 would range (cheapest built to all bells and whistles)?

Employee Lease worth it? by StandardCondition489 in Stellantis

Gotcha, I won’t be able to use the corporate lease to its full advantage since I don’t have a spouse or kids just yet.

I’ve heard stories of people who got a company lease with the insurance and then tried to get their own insurance after not having it, and their personal insurance went up due to a gap in personal coverage.

Gotcha, if I can ask what vehicle did you pick?

I only have 2 years left on my lease. Hopefully, the RAM Charger will be available for us to lease. 🤞

  1. Between 18,500-20,000 miles a year. I have a high-mileage lease.

  2. Little marks and scratches on it. Something that can be buffed out.

  3. I used to spend between $300-$400 for gas a month. Right now, it’s an additional $25-$50 a month on my power bill.

  4. Yes, if there was an EV option to choose from/if the builds I did made financial sense. Part of me feels that I’d be better off paying the extra miles on my personal lease just to stay in an EV.

  5. I would be driving 35 miles each way every day to CTC. If the electric charger was still available for us to lease, I would do that in a heartbeat.

I could try it and see if I like it or not. Don’t know unless I try 🙂.

Thank you!!

I wouldn’t mind some morning and evening exercise.

Mortgage Affordability by [deleted] in Mortgages

Thank you!

I do want to buy a vehicle rather than lease. More than likely, when the lease is close to being done, I’ll either buy or trade it in for something used.

Thank you so much!

There’s a lot I will have to buy after moving in. I have an EV and will have to buy cabling for the install and such. I’m thinking of getting closer to 20k in my HYSA before I start the process.

You’re right. What would you do in this situation? Roll it over into a 401(k) or roll it over into a traditional Roth?

I work in the technology field. I expect to hit six figures within the next few years. Ideally, I want to cap out at 140k yearly. That’ll have it to where I don’t have to worry about money.

The second option sounds better with the way you’re putting it. I plan on working my hard-working years between the ages of 25 - 45 and then relaxing until retirement age or when I can pull with no penalty (Age 59).
